Resident & Nonresident Rates

The resident rate is applicable to anyone residing within the unincorporated area of the County (CSA-11) and Boulder Creek Recreation District.

The nonresident rate is applicable to those who live outside Santa Cruz County; in one of the 4 cities in the County (Santa Cruz, Capitola, Watsonville, Scotts Valley); or in one of the Special Recreation Districts (Alba and La Selva Beach).
