Afterschool Child Enrichment (ACE Program) 1st-6th Grade

In Partnership with the Pajaro Valley Unified School District (PVUSD) the Parks Department serves student at Rio Del Mar Elementary & Mar Vista Elementary Schools during the school year and its intersession breaks: Spring | Summer | Winter (which may be hosted at an alternative site).

The program is open to 1-6th grade students and enrollment is determined by PVUSD currently.

Please note that registration date alone does not determine enrollment—priority is based on eligibility criteria to support those most in need.PVUSD and SCC Parks are proud to collaborate and offer these vital resources and opportunities to our students and their families.SCC Parks does reserve limited 2025-2026 school year and intersession breaks for a fee. These programs provide safe and enjoyable recreational and educational experiences for kindergarten-age children provided by trained, caring and professional staff. Participants will enjoy stories, art, science, creative play, active games and a balance of individual and group activities, indoors as well as outdoors.

Cancellations & Refunds

Requests for credits or refunds must be submitted in writing or by email.
Four days or more prior to activity start date, participants may receive full credit to their account that is valid for one year,
or a refund can be issued minus a $5.00 cancellation fee.
Three or fewer business days prior to activity start date, refunds, credits or transfers will not be issued.
Refunds are not available if the class has met three times, or if a participant fails to attend.
If a program is cancelled by Parks, a full refund will be issued within 4 weeks.
