Picnic Area Reservations

Pinto Lake County Park has two picnic pavilions with grills and electricity. The pavilions are located in the beautiful park adjacent to Pinto Lake. There is plenty for family and friends at this large park, including a playground, bike pump track, dog park, public art, fishing pier, sports fields, disc golf, and trails. Explore the trails, enjoy soccer games, bird watching, or just walk the large expanse of the park.

Athletic Field Reservations

Pinto Lake County Park has one baseball/softball field and two soccer fields. All athletic fields are close to parking, playgrounds, picnic tables, permanent restrooms, and open space trails. Pinto Lake County Park also has a bike pump track, dog park, public art, fishing pier on the lake, and disc golf.

Outdoor Class Permits

Whether it’s fitness, tai chi, plein air painting or any other low impact outdoor recreational activity, County Parks offers various park sites for you to teach your outdoor classes.

Special Events

Pinto Lake County Park is a charming lake-side park with a playground, picnic tables, disc golf course, abundant lawn areas and open space trails. There is ample parking with an entrance kiosk and permanent restrooms. This park is perfect for large community events and festivals!

Public Art

The Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors established a Percent for Art Program applicable to County construction projects. As a result of the Board's decision, up to 2% of the construction costs for new buildings and parks can be allocated to place public artwork at the site.
